Schedule a Make Up Class Online

Unlimited makeup classes throughout the session? Yes, please! We’ve made scheduling your child’s makeup class quick and easy through DaySmart Recreation – the same platform you used when registering for classes! Below, you’ll find step-by-step instructions for booking through two convenient options. Need to manage an existing makeup class? We’ve got you covered!

  1. Log In: Access your DaySmart Recreation account via the app or website.
  2. Navigate to My Enrollment: Scroll down to the “My Enrollment” section on your dashboard.
  3. Select Make Up an Event:
    • Click the three dots on your class card (bottom-right corner).
    • Choose “Make Up an Event.”
  4. Choose a Date:
    • Select the date of the missed class or a future date you plan to miss.
  5. Pick a Class:
    • Use the calendar to find a class time and date that works for your family.
    • Check nearby locations using the “Location” dropdown for more options.
  6. Confirm: Your makeup class is now scheduled!

  1. Log In: Start at your DaySmart dashboard.
  2. Check Makeup Classes: Scroll down to the “My Enrollment” section. Any scheduled makeup classes will appear here.
  3. Select View Class: On your class card, click “View Class.”
  4. Find the Class: Locate the date you’d like to make up and click the “Makeup Event” button.
  5. Choose a Class:
    • Use the calendar to select a suitable date and time.
    • Check for availability at nearby locations via the “Location” dropdown.
  6. Confirm: Your makeup class is successfully scheduled!

View Makeup Classes:

  • Navigate to “My Enrollment” on your DaySmart dashboard.
  • Makeup classes are labeled with a “Makeup” tag in the top-right corner of the class card.

Cancel a Makeup:

  • To reschedule, you must first cancel your existing makeup class.
  • Select the blue “Cancel Makeup” text on the class card to remove the scheduled makeup.

Reschedule a Makeup:

  • Once canceled, you can rebook a new makeup class for your missed date.
  • Follow the standard process to schedule a makeup class online.

If you’re having trouble logging into DaySmart Recreation, here are some common solutions:

  • Multiple Accounts: If you have more than one account, they may need to be merged. Please contact us for assistance.
  • Forgot Username or Password:
    • Your username is the email address on file.
    • To reset your password, click “Forgot Password” and select the adult on the account when prompted (not the child’s name).
  • Minor Account Error: If you receive a message about a “Minor Account,” this means the system is recognizing your child’s profile as the parent/guardian of the account.
    • Reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password” and ensure you select the adult profile on the account when prompted.
